Maintenance and Warranty
SE Wallboard Crane Maintenance Program
Congratulations on the purchase of your new Fassi SE crane. You have purchased the most capable crane in the industry and Fascan International, Inc.
As they say, “time is money” and we believe the crane sold to you was engineered to be as maintenance free as possible.
This design is to reduce down time, allowing you to deliver more product.
With that in mind, Fascan has made several changes to the Maintenance program.
Changes to 90-day PM Maintenance:
• Reminders or late notices will no longer be sent to the end user.
• Completed forms are no longer required to be sent to Fascan but must be retained by the end user and available upon request to Fascan at any time.
• We recommend using the Fascan model specific 90-day form to perform the visual checks, greasing and lubrication of the crane, every 90 days.
• Yearly maintenance is now required using the Model Specific annual PM form; this form must have a corresponding billing invoice showing oil & filter replacement plus greasing of the crane as per the Fassi use and maintenance manual.
Failure to provide this information as requested may result in denial of warranty claims and void of your crane warranty.
Should you experience a warranty-related failure, please contact your selling Fassi dealer or Fascan authorized service center, as warranty issues are handled separately.
Locations can be found at www.fascan.com under dealer locator.
