Crane

Through its association with the Fassi Group, an innovative, world-class leader in the design and manufacturing of articulated hydraulic cranes, Fascan offers the complete Fassi line of articulated cranes through a network of more than 150 service centers and certified dealers.

Fascan’s story begins in 1982 when Bernie J. Faloney Sr., owner of Contractor’s Machinery and Equipment Ltd. in Ontario, Canada, took on the Fassi line of articulated hydraulic cranes as part of its offerings.

Contractor’s Machinery and Equipment’s success with the Fassi product line across Canada led to the expansion of Faloney Sr.’s operations into the United States.

Incorporated in May of 1992, Fascan International was founded to distribute Fassi cranes through the United States and the Caribbean. Bernie J. Faloney, Jr. was appointed President & CEO of the new company, and its headquarters were established in a 5,000-square-foot distribution facility in Baltimore, Maryland.

Fascan’s success in the U.S. market has resulted in several expansions throughout its history. The company currently operates from a 55,000-square-foot facility in Baltimore and has put nearly 7,000 Fassi cranes into service in the U.S.
